Who we are

Liquid Death Solutions sells professional-strength DIY pest control kits. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, email Info@liquiddeathsolutions.com before you buy.

Orders and payment

Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify. Prices are shown in US dollars. One-time kits are charged once at checkout plus calculated shipping. We currently ship within the United States; some products may be unavailable in certain states due to product licensing, and the plan builder will route you to a kit that is licensed where you live.

Annual plan: auto-renewal

The annual plan is a subscription. You are charged the annual price at checkout, your shipments arrive on the treatment schedule through the year with free shipping, and the plan renews automatically each year at the then-current price using your payment method on file.

No surprise charges: before each renewal we send reminder emails to the address on your order, with a final notice before the charge, and every reminder includes a way to cancel. You can also cancel any time through the link in your order emails or by emailing Info@liquiddeathsolutions.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; shipments already paid for still arrive.

Using the product

Our kits contain a professional pest control product that is registered with the EPA. It must be used according to its label. Always read and follow the label and the instructions in your kit, keep products away from children and pets until dry, and store them safely. You are responsible for applying the product as directed; the label is the final authority and controls over anything on this site.

Bug-free guarantee

We stand behind the kit: apply your treatments on the schedule we send, and if the bugs come back between treatments we will make it right, starting with a free re-treatment. See our Return Policy for the details of the guarantee and how to make a claim.

Content and reviews

Content on this site is for general guidance about household pest control and is not a substitute for the product label or for professional advice in situations the products are not made for. By submitting a review you give us permission to display it with the name you provided, and to decline or remove reviews that are spam, offensive, or unrelated to the products.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.
